Fidostra is an independent trustee and agency platform focused on private markets, lending and capital markets transactions.
The firm supports European and cross-border transactions across corporate lending, structured finance, infrastructure, M&A-related transactions and other institutional transactions, acting in a focused and execution-driven role alongside institutional clients, lenders and legal advisers.
Role Overview
The role focuses on transaction execution and ongoing administration, supporting the management of deals across their lifecycle.
The position is execution-heavy, with direct involvement in transaction processes, documentation and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting transaction execution, including deal closings and post-closing processes
- Managing ongoing transaction administration and reporting
- Coordinating with lenders, borrowers, legal advisers and other counterparties
- Monitoring transaction mechanics, including cashflows and waterfalls (in coordination with partner banks)
- Maintaining and updating transaction records and documentation
- Supporting amendments, waivers and transaction events
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and investor communications
Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years of relevant experience
- Background in a bank, trustee / agency provider, asset manager or law firm
- Experience in transaction management, loan administration or structured finance
- Strong attention to detail and execution focus
- Ability to manage multiple processes in parallel
- Clear and professional communication style
Language Skills
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is required
- Additional European language skills are advantageous

Working Student / Analyst
(Frankfurt / London)
Fidostra is an independent provider of loan agency, security trustee and transaction administration services for international financing transactions.
We occasionally engage working students to support transaction administration, research and operational processes.
Typical responsibilities include
- Supporting administrative tasks in ongoing transactions
- Preparation of documentation, checklists and reports
- Assistance with KYC and compliance documentation
- Research on markets and financing structures
- Support with presentations and internal analyses
Profile
- Studies in finance, economics, business, law or related field
- High attention to detail and reliability, with a service-oriented and responsive communication style
- Ability to manage priorities and work accurately under deadlines in a transaction-driven environment
- Strong English language skills are required; German and additional European languages are advantageous
- Interest in lending and financing structures, covenants and collateral packages, corporate and institutional financing, capital markets and structured finance
